Why we normally post to New Romney
Thirteen miles across the Marsh is a slow thirteen miles. For anything that fits a padded envelope, first-class post is faster and cheaper than either of us driving: it goes out the day the part is finished and generally arrives the following morning. Larger or fragile orders travel by tracked courier, and for a bigger job we will bring it over.
Collection from Folkestone stays available and plenty of people take it if they are coming this way regardless. There is no price difference either way, and postage is charged at what it costs rather than marked up.

The Marsh is the harshest environment we print for
ASA is the default for anything staying out: ultraviolet-stable, impact-resistant when cold, and unbothered by salt. It runs enclosed, so tell us at the enquiry and we will schedule the right machine.
Indoors (workshop parts, caravan interiors, exhibition pieces) the calculation reverses. PLA gives finer detail and costs about a third less, and matte PLA in particular hides layer lines well on anything that will be looked at closely.
PETG covers the middle ground and is what we default to when a part will live under cover but still take knocks, damp and summer heat.
